ApplyChanges Method
The ApplyChanges method of the CustomPropertyToolPart class is called when the user clicks the OK or the Apply button in the tool pane to apply all property changes to the Web Part on the server.
Remarks
Calling the ApplyChanges method of the CustomPropertyToolPart class is not recommended.
