Microsoft® Exchange Best Practices Analyzer checks for the presence of the following registry entry to determine whether Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs are installed on the server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{64F1276A-7A68-4190-882C-5F14B7852019}\InprocServer32

The presence of this entry indicates that the Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs are installed on the target server that is running Exchange Server.

If the Analyzer tool determines that the Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs are not installed on the target server, the tool displays a warning. This warning indicates that the Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs should be installed.

To resolve this issue, download and install the Microsoft Office 2010 Filter Packs from the Microsoft Download Center.
