Enables or disables the specified cube database based on the unique identifier.

ManageCubeBuildingService	Allows a user to manage settings for OLAP cube creation. Global permission.
ManageSiteServices	Allows a user to administer services such as Active Directory settings and database timeouts. Global permission.
