A pre-event handler handler for the CreateProjectCategories(SecurityProjectCategoriesDataSet) method.

  Contains the Project Server context information.

  The data for the event.

Remarks

Important

The OnProjectCategoryCreating event receiver is not supported in the SharePoint Permission Mode, which is used by Project Online and a default on-premises installation of Project Server 2013.
