Remove Enterprise Voice Routes

You must remove Enterprise Voice routes before you can remove a Mediation Server, Front End pool, or Front End Server.
To remove Enterprise Voice routes
Log on to the computer with an account that is a member of the RTCUniversalServerAdmins group or a minimally member of the CsVoiceAdministrator administrative role.
Open a browser window, and then enter the Admin URL to open the Lync Server Control Panel. For details about the different methods you can use to start Lync Server Control Panel, see Open Lync Server Administrative Tools.
In the left navigation bar, click Voice Routing, and then click Route.
Click Edit, and then click Select all.
Click Edit, and then click Delete to remove all routes.
Click Commit, and then click Commit all.
