How to: Add or Delete Dimension Metadata Translations in Dimension Designer
You can add translations to a dimension by using the Translations tab in Dimension Designer, which is accessed from Business Intelligence Development Studio.
To add translations to a dimension
Open the dimension to which you want to add translations. The Dimension Builder view opens by default.
Either click New translation on the toolbar, or right-click anywhere in the translations grid on the Translations tab, and then click New Translation.
In Language Selection, click the language for the new translation, and then click OK. A new column for the chosen language will appear in the translations grid.
In the new column, type the appropriate translations or attribute data translations.
