PipelineComponent.SetComponentProperty Method

Assigns a value to a IDTSCustomProperty90 of the component. This method is not CLS-compliant.

Parameters

propertyName
The name of the IDTSCustomProperty90 whose value is set.

propertyValue
The object stored in the Value property of the IDTSCustomProperty90 object.

Return Value

The IDTSCustomProperty90 object whose property is set.

Remarks

This method is called when a custom property in the ComponentMetaData is set.

If not overridden, the base class assigns the value specified in the propertyValue parameter to the custom property.
