	Bias	The current bias for local time translation on this computer, in minutes.
	Current	Gets the information for the current time zone.
	DaylightBias	Gets a bias value that is used during local time translations that occur during daylight time.
	DaylightDate	Gets a TimeZoneInformation.SYSTEMTIME object that contains a date and local time when the transition from standard time to daylight time occurs.
	StandardBias	Gets a bias value that is used during local time translations that occur during standard time.
	StandardDate	Gets a TimeZoneInformation.SYSTEMTIME object that contains a date and local time when the transition from daylight time to standard time occurs.
