UIConnectionInfo Constructor
This API supports the infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Do not reference this member directly in your code. It supports the SQL Server infrastructure. Initializes a default UIConnectionInfo object for a SQL Server Management Studio connection dialog.
