Remarks
A value of 0 indicates no limit to the wait time, rather than no wait time, and should be avoided in a ConnectionString because it would cause the connection to attempt to wait indefinitely.
Property Values
The time (in seconds) to wait for a connection to open. The default value is 15 seconds.
