Gets whether the currently connected instance of SQL Server has a local or remote Distributor.

Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean value that specifies whether the Publisher uses a local or remote Distributor.If true, the Distributor is local.If false, the Distributor for this Publisher is on a remote server.
Remarks
A Publisher can use either a local or remote Distributor.
The DistributorInstalled property can be retrieved by members of the public fixed database role.
The DistributorInstalled property is equivalent to the sp_get_distributor (Transact-SQL) stored procedure.
