Virtual Machine Manager Server Hardware Requirements
The minimum and recommended hardware requirements to install and operate the Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) server are listed in the following tables based on the number of hosts you manage.
By default, the VMM server is a library server. For better performance, in this configuration scenario it is recommended that you use one or more separate computers as library servers.
Note
If you use the VMM server as a library server, you will need approximately 80 GB of additional hard disk space for storing library objects.
