Adding or Removing a Trusted Site
Use the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in for Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) to modify the list of Web servers that MSS trusts when fetching application resources.
When you specify the location for an inbound application Start page, MSS automatically adds the URL for the Web server hosting the Start page to the Trusted Sites list.

To add or remove a trusted Web site
Open the MMC Administration console. (For instructions, see Administering Speech Server Using MMC.)
In the console tree, double-click Microsoft Speech Server and then double-click the applicable group.
In the details pane, right-click the applicable service (SES or TAS), point to All Tasks, and then click Configure Trusted Sites.
To add a site, click Add, enter the URL to the Web server and then click OK.
The value entered here specifies a URL (with no path or query string) for a server hosting a speech application and related resources. A URL specifying HTTP as the protocol may also be accepted by a site that requires the HTTPS protocol; however, the reverse is not true.
To remove an existing site, select it from the list, and then click Remove.
Remarks
(Enterprise Edition only.) If running Web servers in a server farm, specify the DNS name of the hardware load balancer or the cluster name of the Web server computer that Windows Network Load Balancing is running on. Do not specify the IP address or virtual IP address of the load balancer. In addition, do not specify individual computers behind the load balancer.
Web servers should be configured to serve files containing sensitive information, such as that contained in prompt databases, only to known trusted servers. For more information on enhancing security for Web servers, see Windows Server Help documentation.
The MSS Trusted Sites setting is unrelated to the Trusted Sites setting in Internet Explorer.
