Modify the Members Web Part

  1. At the top of the Members Web Part, click the Web Part Menu arrow next to Members , and then click Modify My Web Part .

  2. Do any of the following:

    • In the Number of items to display box, type the maximum number of member names you want to be able to display in the Web Part. The number must be between 1 and 1,000.

    • In the Toolbar Type list, specify the kind of toolbar you want for the Web Part.

      To include the Add New Member link in the Web Part, click Summary . To omit the link, click No toolbar .

    • In the Appearance and Layout sections, specify options as you would for any Web Part.
