How to play ProcessRobot video logs (.svl files)
By default, the video log (.svl) files are saved in C:\Users%UserName%\Videos\ProcessRobot\Video Logs in the machine where the process was executed.
We can view and play those error video log files from the Control Desk along with the Process Designer representation.
In case we want to play the error video log (.svl file) in a machine where the Control Desk is not installed, then we can use the VLC Media player. However, we will not be able to see the Process Designer representation.
In order to run the video log file in other video players apart from VLC, then we need to convert it to the required format. VLC media player could also be used to convert the .svl file to .mp4, .asf or any other format.
Go through the below process to convert .svl file to .mp4 or .asf that can be played in windows media player.
