Use rulers and a grid for guidance

In Microsoft Expression Web, you can use rulers and a grid to guide your page layout in Design view. Rulers appear across the top and down the left side of the editing window. The grid appears behind your page content. If you choose to snap to grid, when you place content on the page, it will automatically align with gridlines. You can configure the spacing and style of the grid.
