Sets a variable in the specified row to either active or inactive.

Parameters
- rowVid
Type: System.Int32
The row index.
- varVid
Type: System.Int32
The variable index.
- active
Type: System.Boolean
The value that specifies whether the variable is active. true to set the variable to active; false to set the variable to inactive.
