System Requirements (Team System Web Access)

This topic describes the system requirements for installing Team System Web Access. Ensure that the system on which you will be installing Team System Web Access supports the requirements outlined in this section. For more information about Team Foundation Server requirements, see Server Requirements for Team Foundation.

Remote Web Server System Requirements

In the remote Web server deployment configuration, you can install Team System Web Access on a computer that is running either Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008. 

The following are the minimum requirements for the Web server to support Team System Web Access:

Windows Server 2003	2.2 GHz Pentium IV or Athlon	1 GB	21 Mb
Windows Server 2008	2.2 Ghz Pentium IV or Athlon	1 GB	21 Mb

Application-Tier System Requirements

In the application-tier computer deployment configuration, Team System Web Access is installed on the application-tier computer of a Team Foundation Server installation. If your Team Foundation Server computer meets the following requirements, as specified in System Requirements for Team Foundation Server, no additional system requirements for Team System Web Access installation are necessary.
