Error getting Codezone Community sites.
This error occurs when a connection to the online Web service cannot be found. The Web services populates information in the Online page, under Help, Environment, of the Options dialog box.
To correct this error
Verify that you have an active Internet connection.
—or—
If you connect to the Internet via a proxy server, check the settings for the proxy server.
Try accessing the Online page again.
