Gives the library a suggestion that the physical is unchanging.

Parameters

  • fUnchanging
    Type: System.Int32
    [in] Boolean. Set to true to indicate the container is unchanging.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
