Remarks

Use the CreateTagAggregator method to instantiate an aggregator of change tags. Change taggers lose their change history when they are no longer consumed by any tag aggregators. They resume tracking changes when a new aggregator is created.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
