Analyzing Single-Server and Multi-Server Deployments
You can use the tool to perform a health check on either a single-server or multi-server deployment.
For more information about this type of scan, see Rule Checking Performed by the Best Practices Analyzer Tool.
For information about these types of deployments, see Installing Team Foundation Components.
For information about how to view scan results for each computer, see How to: List Scans and View Reports.
Running a Health Check
When you perform a health check, the tool identifies which servers host which components and prerequisites, and then it analyzes each of those servers against the appropriate set of rules.
