Returns a number representing the current method signature.

Remarks
This method is an implementation of the PrevMethod method on the IVsMethodData interface.
The base method decrements an internal index by one and returns the original index. However, if the index might go below zero, the decrement is not performed and current index is returned. The base method does not affect the display.
