Parameters
propid
Type: System.UInt32[in] Property identifier. For a list of propid values, see __VSPPPID.
pvar
Type: System.Object%[out] Property information is passed back to the caller through this parameter.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
