Parses a data specifier string, starting at the specified index, into its components and then returns a DataSpecifier object instance containing the parsed components.

Type: System.StringA string containing the components of the data specifier to parse.
index
Type: System.Int32%The index in the data specifier string at which to start the parsing. This parameter is passed by reference, and, therefore, when this method returns to the caller, it will retain its new value.
