ToolLocationHelper.GetPathToDotNetFrameworkSdkFile Method (String, TargetDotNetFrameworkVersion, VisualStudioVersion)
Get a fully qualified path to a file in the .NET Framework SDK. Error if the .NET Framework SDK can't be found.
