WSTrustRequestSerializer.WriteXml Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. When overridden in a derived class, serializes the specified RequestSecurityToken object into the XmlWriter object.
