When overridden in the derived class reads a child element inside the RSTR.

Parameters

reader
An XmlReader object positioned at an element to read inside the RSTR.

rstr
The RequestSecurityTokenResponse element that is being populated from the reader.

context
A WSTrustSerializationContext that contains the current serialization context.
