WindowsClaimsIdentity.CertificateLogon Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Creates a WindowsClaimsIdentity associated with a specified X.509 certificate.
