WSTrustServiceContract.DispatchRequest Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Processes a WS-Trust request message, and optionally determines the appropriate response message and the WS-Addressing action for the response message.
