Creates the security token based on the tokenDescriptor passed in.

Parameters

tokenDescriptor
The security token descriptor that contains the information to build a token.

Returns SecurityToken.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
