Saml11SecurityTokenHandler.WriteToken Method

Serializes the given SecurityToken to the XmlWriter.

Parameters

  • writer
    XmlWriter into which the token is serialized.
  • token
    SecurityToken to be serialized.

Exceptions

Exception type Condition
ArgumentNullException

Input parameter 'writer' or 'token' is null.

SecurityTokenException

The given 'token' is not a SamlSecurityToken.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
