Saml11SecurityTokenHandler.CreateAssertion Method

Parameters
- issuer
The Issuer of the Assertion.
- conditions
The SamlConditions to add.
- advice
The SamlAdvice to add.
- statements
The SamlStatements to add.
Return Value
A SamlAssertion.
Remarks
A unique random id is created for the assertion IssueInstance is set to DateTime.UtcNow.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
