Override this method to customize the parameters to create a SamlAssertion.

Parameters

issuer
The Issuer of the Assertion.

conditions
The SamlConditions to add.

advice
The SamlAdvice to add.

statements
The SamlStatements to add.

Return Value

A SamlAssertion.

Remarks

A unique random id is created for the assertion IssueInstance is set to DateTime.UtcNow.
