When overridden in a derived class, writes a child element inside the RST.

Parameters

writer
The XmlWriter object to which the RST is being serialized.

elementName
The local name of the element to be written.

elementValue
The value of the element.

rst
The RequestSecurityToken object that is being serialized.

context
A WSTrustSerializationContext that contains the current serialization context.
