WindowsClaimsPrincipal Constructor (WindowsIdentity)

Initializes a new instance of the WindowsClaimsPrincipal class using the specified Windows identity.

Parameters

  • identity
    The WindowsIdentity that represents the Windows user for which to create the new principal.

Remarks

The new principal contains a WindowsClaimsIdentity created from the specified WindowsIdentity. The claims in the WindowsClaimsIdentity are associated with the DefaultIssuer through the Issuer property.
