Retrieves a collection of custom attributes that are applied to a specified member.

Parameters
- element
Type: System.Reflection..::.MemberInfo
The member to inspect.
Return Value
Type: System.Collections.Generic..::.IEnumerable<(Of <(Attribute>)>)
A collection of the custom attributes that are applied to element, or an empty collection if no such attributes exist.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type MemberInfo. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter.
