Creates a PublisherAssertion object from the specified from key, to key, and KeyedReference object and adds it to the collection.

Parameters

fromKey
Contains a string that is copied to the PublisherAssertion.FromKey field.

toKey
Contains a string that is copied to the PublisherAssertion.ToKey field.

keyedReference
Contains a KeyedReference object that is copied to the PublisherAssertion.KeyedReference property.

Return Value

Returns the zero-based index of the item in the collection.
