IWMPEffects::GetCurrentPreset method (effects.h)
[The feature associated with this page, Windows Media Player SDK, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer. MediaPlayer has been optimized for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Microsoft strongly recommends that new code use MediaPlayer instead of Windows Media Player SDK, when possible. The GetCurrentPreset method gets the current preset, by number, from the visualization and provides it to Windows Media Player.
Syntax
HRESULT GetCurrentPreset(
[in] LONG *pnPreset
);
Parameters
[in] pnPreset
Long value specifying the current preset, by number.
Return value
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.
