Determines whether the user is a member of the cluster's Administrators group.

Return Value

The value is true if the user is a member of the Administrators group on the head node; otherwise, false.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
