Remarks
The error code represents either the error that is associated with a synchronization failure or indicates if a user has canceled the synchronization process. If ISynchronizationInfo.Result is SynchronizationResult.Failed, the value represents the error that is associated with a synchronization failure. If ISynchronizationInfo.Result is SynchronizationResult.Canceled, the value is SynchronizationError.UserCanceled.
If there was no error, then the value is SynchronizationError.NotApplicable.
