ISpRecoContext::GetVoicePurgeEvent

ISpRecoContext::GetVoicePurgeEvent retrieves the set of SR engine events that stop audio output, and purges the current speaking queue. The events are set by ISpRecoContext::SetVoicePurgeEvent.
