IFWXNetworkSocket::Bind method

The Bind method associates a local address with a socket. This method is similar to the Winsock bind function.
Syntax
HRESULT Bind(
[in] LPSOCKADDR Address,
[in] INT AddressLength,
[in] IFWXIpFilter *pIpFilter
);
Parameters
Address [in]
Pointer to a sockaddr structure that contains the address to assign to the socket.AddressLength [in]
Length, in bytes, of the Address parameter.pIpFilter [in]
Pointer to an IFWXIpFilter interface. The socket that is bound by using IFWXNetworkSocket::Bind will be allowed to function only in the IP address ranges included in the IP filter specified. If you specify NULL for this parameter, the socket will not be restricted.
Return value
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
