IVMKeyboard::PressKey method

The PressKey method simulates the given key being pressed down inside the virtual machine.

Syntax

HRESULT PressKey(
  [in] BSTR key
);

Parameters

key [in]

The key code for the key to be pressed inside the virtual machine.

Return value

This method can return one of these values.

Return code Description
S_OK
The operation was successful.
E_POINTER
 The key parameter is NULL.
E_INVALIDARG
 The given text string is empty, or contains an invalid key code.
DISP_E_EXCEPTION
An unexpected error occurred.
