CheckAndWaitForGWE (Compact 2013)

This function checks whether window manager is present, and if so, waits until it has initialized.
Syntax
CheckAndWaitForGWE()
Parameters
none
Return Value
If no windows manager is present in the path specified, this function returns ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND.
If the path does not exist, this function returns ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND.
