This method retrieves the native video dimensions.

Syntax

HRESULT GetVideoSize(
  long* pWidth,
  long* pHeight
);

Parameters

  • pWidth
    [out] Width of the video window.
  • pHeight
    [out] Height of the video window.

Return Value

Returns an HRESULT value.

Remarks

This method retrieves the native video width and height, disregarding any source rectangle that might have been set. Microsoft ActiveX® Controls or other applications can use this information to negotiate space in compound documents.

Windows Embedded CE Windows CE 2.12 and later
Note Microsoft DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and Library requirements
