On-screen Logon Keyboard (Windows Embedded Standard 2009)

The On-screen Logon Keyboard is a soft keyboard presented to the user of an embedded device during the logon process. The On-screen Logon Keyboard enables touch interface scenarios and removes dependence on a physical keyboard for Windows logon events.
The On-screen Logon Keyboard is visible for all Windows logon events.

Note
It is not possible to enter the CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination using the On-screen Logon keyboard. To enter the CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination at logon, a physical keyboard or a security key that is capable of sending the CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination must be available to the user on the device. Alternatively, the device administrator can display the logon form directly to the user, not requiring the user to enter CTRL+ALT+DEL.
