Start specifies how and when the Theme Services will be loaded.

Values

0	Specifies that the service be loaded by the kernel loader during boot time.
1	Specifies that the service be loaded by the I/O subsystem during kernel initialization.
2	Specifies that the service be loaded automatically by the Service Control Manager.
3	Specifies that the service be started on demand by the user manually.
4	Specifies that the service is disabled and should not be started.

The default value for this setting is 4.

The suggested value of 2 is used for this setting when the component is added to an answer file.
