Device Status Window (Compact 2013)

3/26/2014

The Device Status Window provides a method to track what the currently selected connectivity settings are for the current run-time image. The window also displays status notification for each setting through the use of status icons. To display the window, go to Target > Device Status.

Additional status information is also available through tooltips displayed when you rest the cursor on certain elements in the Device Status Window. When resting the cursor on the download progress bar, the tooltip displays information about the download speed. When resting the cursor on the status icons, the tooltip displays more information about the state of the selected service.

To configure these settings, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the selected field, and then select the settings that you want to configure. For most settings, configuration occurs through the Target Device Connectivity Options Dialog Box.
