UI Sample Browser Registry Settings (Compact 7)

You can configure the UI sample browsers by using registry entries. The entries in the following table are located in the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main.
Note
The default registry values vary, depending on which catalog items you include in your OS design.

Application Settings
The following table shows the settings that register the sample browser container for viewing webpages in the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Htmlfile. Windows Embedded Compact registers these settings automatically at build time, and you only change them if the name of the browser application changes.
