Short Message Service (SMS) Catalog Items and Sysgen Variables (Compact 7)

In Windows Embedded Compact, you can add support for Short Message Service (SMS) so that a user can use a Windows Embedded Compact powered device to send or receive SMS messages, such as text messages and vCards, or XML provisioning data over Wireless Application Protocol (WAP).
